    1.Fundamentals of Patent Law (a translation from English to Chinese based on the book of Peter Rosenburg of U.S.) 140000 characters,by Chinese Foreign Trade Publisher(then a department of Moftec) in 1982.This is the first book to introduce foreign patent system into China.It had great influence on the drafting of the first Chinese Patent Law which published in 1994.
    
    2.Questions concerning Intellectual Property(in Chinese i.e.Zhi Shi Chan Quan Fa Rue Gan Wen Ti) 150000 characters,by Gan Su People's Publisher in 1984. This is the first academic book on intellectual property.Almost all the Chinese intellectual property law scholors in middle age began their knowledge on this field based on this book.
    
    3.Comment on the International Conventions of Industrial Property(in Chinese i.e.Gong Ye Chan Quan Guo Ji Gong Yue Gai Lun)150000 characters,by Beijing University Publisher in 1985. An article on the 1987 Chinese Internatioal Law Year Book,comments on this book as a valuable academic work which had filled the empty sheet of Chinese international law research in the field of intellectual property.
    
    In 1991,Taiwan had reprinted this book in traditional Chinese characte
    edition(at Mainland,publishers only use simplified Chinese characters) .
    
    4.General Exposition of Intellectual Property (in Chinese,i.e. Zhi Shi Chan Quan Fa Tong Lun), 280000 characters, by Law Publisher in 1986. This book had been taken as the sole text book by most of Chinese government department as well as universities before 1990's.It was reprinted several editions.
    
    In 1992, at a Chinese national wide academic book deciding on awards
    meeting, it was recognized as an excellent book and was awarded (the award certificate is in the author's hand).
    
    5.Information,New Technology and Intellectual Property (in Chinese,i.e. Xin Xi,Xin Xing Ji Shu and Zhi Shi Chan Quan), 100000 characters, by the Chinese People's University Publisher in 1986. In 1988, the law journal Chinese Law Review edited and published by Colombia University,New York,comments this book as "reflects the high level and thoughtful theory of the newly appeared Chinese scholors".
    
    6.Comment on International Conventions of Copyright (in Chinese,i.e. Ban Quan Guo Ji Guong Yue Gai Lun),140000 characters,by Chinese Prospective Publisher in 1986. Dr.A.Bogsch ,the General Director of the World Intellectual Property Organization, has comment this book as the pioneer of Chinese intellectual property research(his handwriting comment copy is in the author's hand).

    8.Chinese Intellectual Property and Transfer of Technology Laws (in English) 220000 words jointly created with Michael Pendledon, by Sweet and Maxwell in 1987. Manymany articles and books all round the world have quoted and prised highly on this book (more than 10 examples of copied Chinese and western journals and acadmeic books are available from the authors).
    
    9.Law Protections on Computer,Database and Software ( in Chinese,i.e. Ji Suan Ji,Shu Jui Yu Ruan Jian De Fa Lui Bao Hu),170000 characters,by Law Publisher in 1987. In the drafting of the Chinese Copyright Law, the Drafting Committee had decided that this book should be read by all the legislators. One of the chief legislators had prised this book as "goes ahead of time in the world".
    
    In 1988,when the first Chinese Software Protection Delegation visiting the United States, the Apple Computer Corporation had reprinted part of this book for the reference of the delegation.Up to now at least three nationalwide Chinese text books have quoted the content of this book.
    
    In 1992, Taiwan had re-published it in traditional Chinese characters.

    16.Intellectual Property Law Text Book (in Chinese,i.e. Zhi Shi Chan Quan Fa Jiao Chang),280000 characters, by Law Publisher in 1993. This book has been decided by the National Education Committee of China as the solely official pointed university text book in the field of intellectual property. In 1996 Chinese Law Text Book Award Meeting, the Ministry of Justice of China had awarded this book. It has been re-printed 7 times. Amended and republished as the second edition in 1997,450,000 characters.

    1.The First Chinese Trademark Law (in English) 4000 words pluse 5000 words of my translation of that law to Englsih, published on issue 10 ,1982,European Intellectual Property Review ( a world wide famous academic journal edited and published at Oxford,U.K.). This had been the first article which a Chinese scholor published on a western country's journal since China's open door and reform policy carrying out.
    
    2.The Future Chinese Copyright System and Its Context (in English) 20000 words published on issue 2 ,1984 of IIC, the highest level academic journal in the world in the field of intellectual property research, edited and published by Max-Plank Institute at Munich,Germany. This article had been prised by Prof.Paul Goldstein of Stainford University,U.S. as the most thoughtful article he had ever read.
    
    3.Information Property and Chinese Copyright Legislation (in Chinese,i.e.Xin Xi Chan Quan Yu Zhong Guo De Ban Quan Li Fa),20000 characters,published at the 10 Anniversary Ceremony of China's Reform and Open Policy held at the Great Hall of the People, Beijing, by the State Council.This paper was awarded at the Ceremony and then was reprinted by many national wide Chinese newspaper such as Economy Daily(Jing Ji Ri Bao) in December1988 and January 1989.
