Professor Xi Yuemin Attends the Fourteenth China Economic Law Forum

The Fourteenth China Economic Law Forum was held at Shenzhen University on June 15, 2019. The forum as sponsored by the Economic Law Research Center of Renmin University of China, organized by the Law School and the Social Sciences Department of Shenzhen University with the assistance from Guangdong Huashang Law Firm, and attended by over 70 experts and scholars from such research institutions and universities as CASS, Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, Wuhan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Nankai University, Nanjing University and Hainan University.

  
 

Professor Xi Yuemin, the head of the Economic Law Department of CASS Law Institute and dean of CASS Graduate School, attended the forum and presided over one of the units of the forum, at which the participants carried out discussions on such matters as business environment and basic economic theories, the competition law system, the financial and tax law system, and the banking law system. In his speech, Professor Xi expressed his view on the “JQK Phenomenon” in the process of Attracting Investments by local governments.
