The list includes the following four projects of research fellows and post-doctoral researchers of CASS Law Institute:

Liu Renwen (research fellow): Holistic Analysis of Criminal Law and Studies on Relations of Criminal Law, Annual Key Research Project of National Social Sciences Fund in 2019;

Xia Xiaoxiong (associate research fellow): Criteria for the Judicial Review of Dual Ownership Structure of Corporations, Annual Ordinary Research Project of National Social Sciences Fund in 2019;

Liu Canhua (assistant research fellow): Studies on Theory and Practice of International Criminal Judicial Assistance in the Fight against Cybercrimes, Annual Ordinary Research Project of National Social Sciences Fund in 2019; and

Shi Fang (post-doctoral researcher): Studies on the Determination of the Crime of Illegal Fund-raising in an Era of Internet Finance, Annual Ordinary Research Project of National Social Sciences Fund in 2019.
