Professor Yang Yanchao, a research fellow at the Intellectual Property Law Department of CASS Law Institute, was interviewed by CCTV-12 Program “Society and Law” on April 26, 2019 – the World Intellectual Property Day - about a lawsuit filed by China Network Television against a network platform for unauthorized relay of its program. In the interview, Professor Yang discussed the importance and the concrete ways of promoting the healthy development of the sports industry by protecting intellectual Property.
