The launching ceremony of the Center for Criminal-Civil Law Integration Studies, jointly established by King and Capital Law Firm, the Nanjing Office of King and Capital Law Firm and Nanjing University Law School, was held in Nanjing on April 21, 2019. The cermony was attended by dozens of famous legal experts as well as representatives from public security, procuratorial, adjudicative and judicial administrative organs.

At the ceremony, a plaque of the Center was unvailed and the members of the Center announced and issued certificates of enagement. Then a roundtable was held at which the parcipants gave speeches carried out discussions on various issues relating to the integration of criminal and civil law. Professor Huang Fang, a research fellow at the Criminal Law Department of CASS Law Institute attended the ceremony and gave a speech on the theory and practical operation of the integration of civil and criminal law.
