Professor Mo Jihong, Director of CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by the CCTV-13 program “Newsroom” on April 5, 2019. In the interview, he discussed the impact of recent reduction of individual income tax on various aspects of citizens life, such as purchase of cars and housing, and points-based permanent residence registration, and pointed out that local regulations should make timely changes to adjust themselves to the new situation after the reduction of individual income tax.
