The Blue Book of the Rule of Law: Development Report on Court Informatization in China No.3 (2019), written by a team of experts organized by CASS Law Institute and published by Social Science Academic Press, will be officially launched on February 26, 2019.

This book summarizes the new achievements made and new problems faced by China in court informatization in such aspects as local practices and experiences of court informatization, improving the quality of trial through informatization, strengthening trial supervision through informatization, overcoming difficulties in enforcement through informatization, and raising the level of justice for the people through informatization, and looks into the prospect of court informatization in China in 2019. The book releases the index system of third-party assessment of “intelligent court” and, on the basis of the index system, carries out assessment on the effect of court informatization at the four dimensions of trial, enforcement, supervision and management, and litigation services, and forms special assessment reports.
