On September 24, 2018, Professor Liao Fan, a research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, was interviewed by China Global Television Network (CGTN) English channel “China 24” on the legal protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers. In the interview, Professor Liao discussed the issue mainly from the following two perspectives: the main difficulties faced by China in the legal protection of the rights of migrant workers (funding, information, and awareness) and main focuses of the follow-up work (multi-dimensional empowerment, equal protection, and public attention).
