Professor Yang Yanchao, a research fellow at the CASS Center for Intellectual Property Law Studies, was interviewed by the CCTV program “Hotline 12”about the first case tried by the Intellectual Property Right Tribunal of the Supreme People’s Court of China on March 27, 2019. In the interview, he analyzed the case, and pointed out that this case marked a new starting point of judicial protection of intellectual property in China.
