The publication of New Reports in Criminal Law is the result of academic forums organized by CASS Key Discipline of Criminal Law Science. it is both platform for assessing the research results of the criminal law scholars of CASS and a window for reflecting the latest developments and trends and displaying the excellent research results of young scholars in the criminal law science. This volume of the publication consists of seventeen articles, which are divided into the following five parts: legislative reform, criminal theory, administration of criminal justice, criminology, and international criminal law. They touch upon a wide range of issues, including international criminal judicial cooperation in the anti-corruption campaign, right of self-defense, bitcoins and criminal protection of currency, criminal responsibility for the harms caused by robots, basic problems to be solved in the field of criminal law, and the crime of terrorism.
